Incorporating customer feedback

King Living is well-known for its commitment to design excellence and customer satisfaction. 

Tanya explains how the decision to introduce three comfort levels in the Jasper Sofa began by actively listening to the customer feedback. 

“We realised there were many customers who loved everything about the Jasper Sofa except for the comfort level. By offering multiple options, we can provide a tailored seating experience for a wider range of customers.” 

While feedback does come through online customer service channels, much of the feedback comes directly from one-on-one, personalised interactions in King Living Showrooms. 

“Customer feedback is crucial in shaping product development,” Tanya says. “We are lucky to have access to valuable insights from our Showroom teams to help ensure we meet the needs and preferences of our diverse customer base.”

The Jasper sofa offers three distinct comfort levels, each with its own unique characteristics and benefits. Let's take a closer look at each option: 

Feather

The feather seat cushions provide a more relaxed look and feel, with a cushion that moves around and adjusts to your body. This option is favoured by those who value a plush, cloud-like sensation and a casual aesthetic. While feather cushions may require the most maintenance of the three options – as cushions will require regular plumping to get keep them in shape – they offer an exceptionally inviting seating experience. 

Memory Foam

The memory foam seat cushions provide a plush and cosy seating experience. They conform to your body, offering exceptional comfort and support. This option is ideal for those who prioritise sink-in comfort and a relaxed, enveloping feel. Additionally, memory foam requires minimal maintenance and retains its shape well. 

Premium Firm

The premium firm seat cushions offer a firmer seating experience while still providing a high level of comfort. This option is great for individuals looking to strike a balance between comfort and support. The premium firm cushions require slightly less maintenance compared to the memory foam option. 

It's important to note that the three comfort levels are not limited to specific types of individuals. Instead, they offer a range of options to cater to diverse lifestyles and personal preferences.

Australian design for a global audience

King Living began operations in Australia and has greatly expanded its reach – now with Showrooms across seven countries and growing. 

When Jasper was first released in Australia in 2003 – the only comfort option was feather, which later expanded to include memory foam and in 2023 premium firm was added to the mix.
